Support
On-Site Support/Training
Often companies do not realize the full potential of their equipment purchases because the training addresses the product purchased and not your workflow outside the product. At The Advantage Group, we pride ourselves on making sure the employees are comfortable with their new equipment/software, are trained as needed and are supported properly when we leave.
Benefits:
- A skilled technician training in your working environment
- On-the-fly Q&A which is harder to achieve over the phone
- Ability to visual/site train on instruments or other physical processes
Remote Support/Training
By using TeamViewer to connect remotely to your computer, one of our technicians will be able to see real-time information of the issue at hand. Remote connections work for both PC and Mac computers. It's like have a technician on-site without the expense of traveling. Watch as the technician moves around your computer explaining what they are doing, or log the technician into your computer and go back to business at hand while the technician fixes the issue. Note that in some cases, human intervention will be required at your location. We recommend a phone near the computer where the software is loaded and someone being available during the remote session to load paper as needed.
Benefits:
- It's like having a skilled technician standing right next to you
- No travel expenses/No waiting for the technician
- Resolve issues the same day
