At Advantage Litho Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee with all our orders. We know what a hassle returns can be, so we do our best to provide you with quality and service to ensure your business can quickly get back to normal.

Our 30-day warranty starts as soon as you receive your order. We guarantee that all products we ship are in excellent condition and free of defects. Advantage cannot be held liable for statutory, general, special, consequential, or tort damages with respect to uses of products purchased, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill. We also cannot be held liable for any damages that would exceed the replacement value of the product.

How To Request a Return or Replacement
In the event that your order is defective upon arrival, give us a call at 800-243-1535 within 30 days of receiving the product. You’ll be connected with a live customer service representative who will help you through the return process and ensure you receive a full refund or replacement in a timely manner.

To ensure a full refund, all returns must be sent back in their original packaging with all the original contents, including product pieces, software, manuals, and shipping materials.

24-Hour Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped to you, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. As long as we haven’t already shipped your item we’ll be able to give you a full refund.

Typographical Errors
If the product you ordered has been marked with incorrect pricing or product information, Advantage Litho Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that haven’t been processed. If a charge has already been processed, we will immediately issue you a full refund for the entire amount of the charge.

Trade In Offers
Is it time to upgrade to a new model? Contact an Advantage customer service representative for details on the latest equipment. If a trade in is available, we require that you first send in the original item before we can ship the new product to you.

Ordering Error
We understand that sometimes an order is placed by mistake. We’re happy to help correct this error. Simply return your purchase in the original packaging and we’ll ship the correct item to you for the applicable shipping fees. Depending on the product we may require you to pay a 15% restocking fee for your return. If there has been any damage to the original packaging or contents, let us know when you contact us to make your return claim.
